Income Booster Service

Raise your returns

Being rich in assets does not necessarily mean you have a healthy income, but with the right advice it is possible to use those assets to boost your incomings.

Our team are meticulous when it comes to analysing clients’ assets. As part of our Income Booster Service we look at your property, products and pensions and see how they can be optimised, arranged and refined so they could be turned into a new income stream.

So, if you are asset rich but your income is less than you’d like it to be, talk to us about our Income Booster Service.

Working with Chasebridge Wealth Management

As with most things in life, there are risks involved when it comes to setting up new investments, but at Chasebridge Wealth Management we are experts in understanding the uncertainty and how to mitigate any risk. We are transparent in all that we do and will always ensure each and every one of our clients has a full understanding of their investment and the associated risks involved.

The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds selected and may fall as well as rise. You may get back less than the amount invested.

Our four-step approach

Our four-step approach is comprehensive and thorough which enables us to tailor a bespoke service to each of our clients’ unique circumstances. Our Income Booster Service comes with four meetings.

Meeting 1 ‘Getting To Know You’ helps us to:

  • Understand your circumstances
  • Review income and expenditure
  • Highlight income shortfall
  • Review current pensions, investments, savings and other assets
  • Review tax efficiency of the assets
  • Outline the Chasebridge Wealth Management services on offer and provide you with a general outline of fees and charges (initial consultation is without obligation)
  • Sign Letters of Authority to enable Chasebridge Wealth Management to obtain further information on your pensions and investments on your behalf to help assist the recommendation.
  • Analyse the data discussed and received from pension investment providers. Using our Financial Journey Planner we can highlight areas where income may be boosted.

Meeting 2 ‘Your Way Forward’:

  • Highlight where income may be increased
  • Highlight where expenditure can be reduced without an agreed change of lifestyle
  • Provide a set of recommendations
  • Discuss implications and any costs or charges to the recommendations
  • Answer any questions you may have and ask you if you’re happy to proceed
  • Prepare a full report for compliance approval

Meeting 3 ‘Launchpad’:

  • Review Recommendation Report
  • Discuss implications
  • Discuss charges and fees
  • Outline the steps and actions needed
  • Confirm expected changes to income and expenditure and highlight improvements
  • Find out if you are happy to proceed.
  • Discuss and confirm ongoing service levels; review meetings, filing systems and other services available.

Now we can process applications, confirm bank verification, and organise income to begin.

Meeting 4 ‘On Track’ review meetings:

  • Regular meetings to check on income and expenditure, ongoing affordability and any change in circumstances.

Gordon was recommended to me in 2009 when I chose to bring my pension funds together. Since he took control my funds have outperformed all my expectations.
